If you take into consideration what is going on, any logical person would see that she is correct. "Clothing is wonderful, but let them go naked for a while, at least the kids," said Heinz Kerry. . . "Water is necessary, and then generators, and then food, and then clothes."

Chances are, these people are already clothed. They can wear the same clothes repeatedly. Water they can't drink repeatedly. Well, I guess they could, but that's just nasty.
